What is Cross Training?
Cross Training workouts are constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a Cross Training veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. Cross Training workouts will deliver fitness to all levels novice or advance. The workouts are challenging and enjoyable. The encouragement of others, teachers and students, in class will push you to complete each workout.
Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am and 6pm. Every Saturday at 9am will hold a free bootcamp for members and non-members.

- Is looking to get in shape but can’t face going to a gym;
- Has lost interest in your gym routine;

Cross Training is for YOU! Our classes take place in the San Juan Capistrano, outside, in a serene setting surround by a trees and 1/8th of a mile track. A unique setup that is only available at the Training Camp. Check us out and be amazed by what we offer!
Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week. Because our workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. Our coaches and participants are welcoming, supportive, and committed to creating an environment where everyone can succeed.
