Training Camp wellness center heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body & mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention! No matter your age, strength or flexibility level, Training Camp can help and heal everyone in need.**

The journey begins by understanding and realizing your needs/goals. For those who are new to working out and fitness began by finding an instructor or class that connects with you. Consistency is key to any fitness routine. You must be dedicated to the classes to receive best results.

Beginner yoga classes are hot yoga flow 1 and hot power fusion.

Bootcamp classes are recommended for beginner to advanced practitioners. If bootcamp classes seem too intense for your fitness level -please schedule a Personal Training session with one of our trainers @ info@tchotyoga.com

Barre classes are recommended for beginner to advanced practitioners.

Training Camp  provides a dynamic, challenging program that combines strength with flexibility and balance with spirituality in a setting that makes you feel  apart of a family.

** Kids under 12 should not do hot yoga. Training Camp offers regular kids’ yoga classes for children under 12 –see schedule for times/days. Use of the facilities at other times is subject to administrative policies and approval. We also offer non-heated, restorative and seniors’ yoga for those that are young at heart.

*Fitness center hours Monday thru Friday 6am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 1pm and Sunday 8am to 1pm.
