Back to Basics Workshop

Saturday April 2nd from 12-2pm

This workshop will be based on the most frequently used postures in a yoga class. You will learn the breakdown and alignment of poses such as chaturanga and warriors. Alignment and structure of yoga postures is key to a successful and powerful yoga practice. The workshop will include a yoga flow and will end with a guided meditation.
