The program will begin with an overview of the Chakra system. There are 7 main Chakras that are located along the spine. They are impacted by stress, trauma, and unhealthy conditions. Meditation, focusing on the Chakras, can help to restore balance within each of them. You will be provided tips and techniques to quiet the mind in order to relax and experience the meditation. You will be guided on a meditation focusing on the amplified energy of the full moon. In addition, we will do a meditation using crystal bowls. The crystal bowls have a vibration and tone that matches each of the 7 Chakras. During the Crystal Bowl meditation we will use the vibration of each bowl to facilitate the opening and balancing of each of the 7 Chakras along with more guided meditation. This is a great meditation for beginners as well as for those who meditate regularly. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, or pillow. This will be an outdoor meditation.
