Hot Power Fusion

“HPF” is a beginner-friendly, “all levels”, heated class. It is generally a combination of Power yoga, Vinyasa yoga and approximately 26 static (= same) postures of a traditional bikram-type class. Specific instruction and modifications are given for each posture so that yogis can progress their individual practice accordingly. (Heated, 60-75 mins)s

Hot Yoga Flow (level 1)

Hot Yoga Flow is ideally designed for beginners but is also an all levels class. As the name suggests, the heated environment will work to heal, detoxify and exhilarate both the body and mind through different postures that link together. This class will provide in-depth explanations of individual asanas and Sanskrit words through a mixture of Vinyasa and Hatha styles. (Heated, 60-75 minutes)

Hot Yoga Flow (level 2)

This peaceful yet challenging class will encourage you to surpass your limits while flowing through detoxifying asanas. A level 2 “Flow” is a great class for students who are ready to take the next step in their yoga journey. This intense class will emphasize breath, balance and alignment. Inversions and “hands on” adjustments may be utilized at the teacher’s discretion to help explore a deeper practice. (Intermediate-Advanced, heated, 60-75 minutes)

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt (or Body Sculpt) is a heated, yoga class with weights! This class is a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through sun salutations and other yoga postures. This intense but easy to follow class will complement your regular yoga practice while pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. (Heated, 60-75 mins)

Restorative

This class offers a more calming and restorative practice. Flow into poses with ease and comfort. Become absorb with the feeling of warmth and energy. Deep breathing and restorative movements will be the main focus. Give this class a try and become renewed. Seniors are welcomed. Chairs and blankets will be used as support for select students.

Ashtanga

Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India developed the Ashtanga style of yoga over many decades practice. This style of yoga consists of 5 “series” of specific poses while mindful of the eight limbs of yoga ( = Ashtanga): morality, ethics, posture, breath control, control of the senses, concentration, meditation, & enlightenment. The Ashtanga level 1 class is a beginner-level practice that will introduce the standing postures of the 1st series with particular emphasis on synchronizing breath work with postural alignment. While not generally an externally heated class, the internal heat generated will act as support for you to get deeper into poses, thereby allowing the body to release stress and toxins. Therefore, bring a towel and be prepared to sweat. (NO heat, 60 mins)

Mat Pilates

This all levels class is a spin off the traditional exercises developed by Joseph Pilates and modified so that no machines are needed. Take your Pilates to the mat! Our Pilates mat class will individually stretch muscles while using strengthening exercises in elongated positions. This class is ideal for those who seek improvements in abdominal strength and decreases in back, neck and joint pain. (Heated, 60 mins)

Kid’s Yoga

Fun, exciting, vibrate, concentration, strength and balance. All things that will be taught during the class. Parents are welcome to join. The kids will have a very unique experience with fun music, cool yoga poses and healthy orientated practice. Let your child experience the benefits of yoga too!
